  Stepping it Up a Notch - One DJ's True Story

"Recently I had a potential client email me though one of the many online referral services. During our first telephone contact, I answered several of his questions, and eventually made an appointment for a meeting the following week planning his daughter's wedding entertainment. The meeting went great! We walked the reception area, discussed planning and pricing. Everything went very positively, I thought I had this one in the bag. A few days later arriving in my 'inbox' was an email stating that he was glad to meet me, however he decided to go with a different company.
 
I was extremely curious and bothered. Everything went so well in our meeting, what could have possibly gone wrong? I replied with the following:
