"Recently I had a
potential client email me though one of the many online
referral services. During our first telephone contact, I answered
several of his questions, and eventually made an appointment for a meeting
the following week planning his daughter's wedding entertainment. The
meeting went great! We walked the reception area, discussed planning and
pricing. Everything went very positively, I thought I had this one in the
bag. A few days later arriving in my 'inbox' was an email stating that he was
glad to meet me, however he decided to go with a different company.
I was extremely curious and bothered. Everything went so well in our
meeting, what could have possibly gone wrong? I replied with the
following:
'No problem. I hope everything works out great! If you need

clients can select their
event date from a pull-down menu, and be notified
immediately if their date is available. Other tools such as
Planners, Event Timelines, Contact Forms, Satisfaction Survey, Quote Generator, are
all customizable to fit your needs via a password protected control
panel. Another cool feature is the ability to make these tools available to
anyone, or require a password for a 'client only' area.
