  Stepping it Up a Notch - One DJ's True Story

"Recently I had a potential client email me though one of the many online referral services. During our first telephone contact, I answered several of his questions, and eventually made an appointment for a meeting the following week planning his daughter's wedding entertainment. The meeting went great! We walked the reception area, discussed planning and pricing. Everything went very positively, I thought I had this one in the bag.
