Know When Clients Make Changes and Save

You can now set up the system to send you a quick email whenever a client modifies and saves their request list, timeline, or planning form. The email will notify you of the client's name, event date, email address, along with a link to view the updated information. This is a great way to keep tabs on your clients and the progress they are making with their online event planning. It will also inform you of those last minute changes the client may make the day before the event. To activate this new feature, please visit the "Master Settings" page of your control panel.


Size/Alignment Settings For Your Logo

You can now specify the width and height of your logo image. This is useful if your logo's actual size is large but you want to scale it down to fit on the top of the page. You can now also specify the alignment of your logo image. Choose from Center, Left, or Right justified. So if on your main website your logo is at the top left, you can now match that with your tools. You can also now specify no logo to appear. These new settings can be found by going to the "Master Settings" page of your control panel.


Add FLASH to Your Tools

The system is now set up to take FLASH logos and menus at the top of your tools. Flash presentations can be any size you specify and can be as simple as a logo or as complex as a website menu/navigation system. And, as above, you can specify the width and height of your FLASH presentation and the alignment: Center, Left, or Right justified. To add FLASH to your tools, go to the "Master Settings" page of your control panel and enter the full path to your FLASH file (.swf) in the logo field.


More Bandwidth, Increased Speed, More Reliable Power

We own our own server and all applicable hardware and software. We do not rent, share, or lease our resources. We just moved our server to a new facility that provides at least 100 MBPS of bandwidth from three separate connection providers. This is a massive increase over our old 384 KBPS connection we were using previously. In addition, our new facility feeds power from 6 separate grids in Chicago, so losing power is virtually not a possibility. What this means is that your interactive tools should load faster than ever before. In addition, our service is even more reliable and stable.


Put the Music Search and Results Directly on Your Web Pages

We've added a number of new ways you can integrate the tools into your website. Among them is a new music search & results box that you can put directly onto your web pages. Searching music and viewing the results takes place directly on your web page, it does not refresh to our site. In addition, your URL will remain in the browser window. This is truly seamless integration. Check out this and many other new ways to integrate the tools into your web pages by logging into your control panel and then going to the "Code Builder" page.


Pop-Up Date Availability Box Will Increase Your Leads

In our newly expanded "Code Builder" section of the control panel (as mentioned above), you can now get HTML code and paste it in your web pages so that every time a visitor comes to your site, a pop-up box will appear prompting them to check their date and request free information. This takes the 'call to action' above and beyond just putting the availability checker on your own pages. Initial tests are showing an increase in web leads of up to 400% or more.


Add Your Own Fields to the Booking System

You can now add your own additional fields to the Booking System. This means that if you require additional information in the header of your contract/agreement, you can now add that information. To add additional fields to your Booking System, log into your control panel and click the "Booking System" link under the "Intelligent Tools" section.


Merge Fields Added to Booking System

You can now add merge fields into the text of your contract/agreement. Merge fields include Name, Event, Date, and Times. These items, using the merge field of [NAME], [EVENT], [DATE], and [TIMES] can be merged directly into the text of your contract/agreement for additional customization. To set up merge fields, go to the "Booking System" page of the control panel under the "Intelligent Tools" section.


Deposits as Percentages on the Quote Generator

You can now use a percentage for your deposit amount on the quote generator. Just enter the deposit value as a decimal representing the percentage. For example, if your deposit is 50%, then you would enter a .50 in that field. To add or edit your packages, log into your control panel and click the "Quote Generator" link under the "Intelligent Tools" section.


Event Type Drop-Down Box for All Tools

You can now add a drop-down box of the types of events you perform to appear on all contact forms for all tools in place of the free-form box that currently appears for the question "Event Type". To set up your list of events, please log into your control and go go the "Advanced Settings" page.


Request List Sort

You can now sort your request list printouts/emails by Song Title instead of the default, by Artist. To change this setting, log into your control panel and go to the "Master Settings" page. You'll see a new setting under the Music Database section.


Force Client Login to Use Website Tools

As you know, you can use what is called the Client Area to assign password access to your interactive event planning tools. Under this system, the tools could still be accessed directly by going to the direct URL (i.e. even if you were using the Client Area feature you could still go directly to www.demo.djintelligence.com/music without logging in). With this new Force Login feature, you can actually "lock out" access to the tools unless the user logs in. If the user does not log in, they are unable to access the tools directly through the URL (as shown above). This security feature designed for DJs who do not want their competitors or non-clients to be able to view their music database, planning forms, event timelines, and/or satisfaction surveys. To activate this new feature, please visit the "Master Settings" page of your control panel.


Know When a Website Visitor Checks Date Availability on Your Website

You can now set up the system to send you an anonymous email whenever a website visitor checks date availability on your website. The system will notify you of the visitor's IP address, the date they selected, and whether or not it reported if you were available. The advantages to this is that this could be an indicator to your business that you should consider expanding if you are routinely receiving requests for dates that you are already booked. It can also indicate that your website may need tweaking or fine-tuning if you are routinely receiving notifications for available dates but the website visitors are not filling out a the contact form. Or, it may just be a good indicator for you as to the amount of traffic your website is receiving by actual prospective clients. To activate this new feature, please visit the "Master Settings" page of your control panel.


Combined Survey Results

View the combined results of all the satisfaction surveys submitted through your account. This will give you a snapshot of how you're doing, where your strong points are, and where your weaknesses are. To view the stats, please log into your control panel, click into the "Satisfaction Survey" link under the Event Information section. Once you are on that page, follow the link to the Combined Survey Results.


Auto-Responder / Wireless Email Added to Quote Generator

We understand that depending on how you use the tools and which tools you choose to use on your website, your leads can come in through any of our three lead generation tools: the Availability Checker, the Contact Form, and/or the Quote Generator. So we have upgraded the system so that the Auto-Responder and Wireless Email functions work with all three of these tools. Note that the auto-responder and wireless emails will only be sent ONCE regardless of how many times the prospective client adjusts their quote.


Set Limit on Play if Possible Requests

You can now set a limit on "Play if Possible" requests made through your request list system. Previously, you could only set a maximum number on "Must Play" selections. With this upgrade, you can now control each of them separately. To change this setting, log into your control panel and go to the "Master Settings" page. You'll see a new setting under the Music Database section.


Add Your Own META TAGS to Each Tool

By going to the Advanced Settings page of your control panel you can now control the content of the description and keywords META tags that appear on your website tools. Insert your own description and keywords today and watch your traffic soar!


Set the Number of Signature Lines on Your Contract

By going to the Booking System link under the Tool Configuration section of your control panel, you can now set the number of signature lines that will appear on your contract. You can select from one line (for the client to sign only), two lines (for the client and DJ to sign), or no lines (if you would rather include them in your contract text above).


All Printed Reports Improved

We have taken your suggestions and used them to improve the quality and readability of the printed HTML reports the system produces. You should find the reports easier to read and follow. In addition, disc # and track # (if it's in your music database) will now appear in the DJ's email and on the request list printout. All printouts are now consistent in font size and page layout.


New Online Support System and Knowledgebase

The very best online technical support in the industry has gotten even better! We now offer full 24/7 support through our brand new support system at http://support.intelligenceinc.com. This new website is the place to go to submit all of your questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, problems, etc. All support reps are now able to monitor each open ticket to help provide you with the fastest, most comprehensive response possible. Please use this new system whenever you need to contact us in place of sending direct emails to individual staff members. Also built into this great system is a full knowledgebase where you can go to find answers to frequently asked questions and solutions to common problems. Add Description Fields to Your Planning Forms

A highly requested feature has been added to the planning forms. You can now add comment/description fields throughout. This can be as simple as putting text next to a question to offer instructions and can be as elaborate as having entire tables filled with text. Log in to your control panel and begin editing your planning forms today!
